These Terms form a binding agreement between Happy Design 3D LLC ("Studio") at 311 W 18th St, Lumberton, NC 28358 and you ("Client"). By purchasing services you accept these Terms.
Happy Design 3D LLC provides digital design services including 3D web experiences, brand animation, digital identity design, interactive UI design, product visualization, and creative retainer services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Projects under $2,500 are billed 100% upfront. Projects $2,500 to $6,000 split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger projects use milestone billing agreed in writing before work begins. All payments via Stripe.
All intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to Client upon receipt of full payment. The Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work product remains the Studio's property until full payment is received.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revision rounds are available at the hourly consulting rate. A revision round is one set of consolidated feedback addressed together.
The Studio's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the project in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Robeson County, NC.
